Helpful Tips While Switching To New Site


Q: How long do I have access to the old site?

A: You will have access to shop and view information on the old site (sparkleand.co) through July 31st. However moving forward, new products and promos will no longer run on the old site.


Q: How do I access my account on the new website?

A: Your username and email address are the same on the new website (sparkleandco.com). To secure your account, you need to create a new password by clicking "Forgot Password." 


Q: What do I do if the “Forgot Password” email was never received?

A: Please contact our customer service team, they will send you an activation link.


Q: I got into my account on the new site. Where are all my past orders?

A: Your past orders remain vieawable on our old site (sparkleand.co) through July 31st. You can still log in with your existing credentials to view them.



Monthly Recurring Subscriptions


Q: What happened to my monthly subscription?

A: Your current subscription will remain accessible on our old site (sparkleand.co). You can still log in with your existing credentials to view them.


Q: Will my subscription automatically transfer to the new site?

A: No, your subscription will not automatically transfer to the new site. We ask that you please cancel your subscription on the old site  (sparkleand.co) and resubscribe on the new Shopify site (sparkleandco.com) by July 31st.



Q: Can I use my 20% subscription code on the new site?

A: Yes, your 20% subscription code can be used on both sites. On the new Shopify site, you will need to enter the code manually at checkout.


Q: What happened to my existing referral and anniversary credits?

A: Any past credits you have will remain on the old site (sparkleand.co). Please use any unused credits by July 31st.


Q: Did you stop offering subscription anniversary credits?

A: We still offer 6-month anniversary credits. They are now issued as rewards points to your “Sparkle Rewards” program on the new site, starting with May 2024 anniversary credits. You can access them by clicking the “Sparkle Rewards” pink pop-up banner on the bottom right corner of the new site’s homepage (sparkleandco.com).


Q: How do I transfer my subscription to the new site?

A: To transfer your subscription to the new site, you need to cancel your existing subscription on the old site  (sparkleand.co) and then resubscribe on the new Shopify site (sparkleandco.com).


Q: if I encounter issues accessing my old account?

A: If you encounter any issues accessing your old account, please contact our customer service team for assistance. They will help you regain access and resolve any problems you might have.



Pre-Paid Subscriptions


Q: What happened to my Pre-Paid subscription?

A: Your current Pre-Paid subscription remains on the old site (sparkleand.co). It will continue your monthly shipment but will not renew after the last month of your current term, as we have discontinued Pre-Paid subscriptions. 


Q: How do I transfer my Pre-Paid subscription to the new site?

A: Customer Service can help transfer your Pre-Paid subscription to the new site, just let us know if you’d like to transfer it. Please note: the system also requires a payment method saved on the new site (sparkleandco.com) to finalize the transfer.


Q: What if I don't transfer my Pre-Paid subscription?

A: If you don't transfer your subscription, it will remain on the old site (sparkleand.co). However, you only have access to shop and view information on the old site (sparkleand.co) through July 31st.
