At Sparkle & Co., we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Here’s how our return policy works:
Refunds (30-Day Return Policy)
- You can return any product for a refund within 30 days of receiving your original order.
- To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Return shipping is prepaid by the buyer. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refordable.
Store Credit (31 to 90-Day Return Policy)
- If you miss the 30-day window for a refund, don’t worry! From day 31 to day 90 after your purchase, you can still return your products for store credit.
- To qualify for a store credit, the items must be in unused, complete with all original packaging.
- As with refunds, return shipping costs must be covered by the buyer.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact our customer service team at info@sparkleandco.com or on our FB page: https://www.facebook.com/sparkle.and.co.nails to start the return process. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
2. What for the online team to authorize your return.
3. Prepare your package and attach the label. Drop it off at the nearest shipping center.
4. After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund or credit has been approved.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Final Sale Items
All sales are final on clearance items and will not be eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
