How to use Blooming Gel:
1. Apply your base and cure.
2. Add a thin layer of Blooming Gel – don’t cure it yet!
3. Drop in your gel colors using a brush or dotting tool.
4. Let the blooming magic happen.
5. Once you love your design, cure it, then seal with topcoat!
