Terms & Conditions: You are signing up for a recurring monthly subscription.

You will be charged the amount of your chosen subscription level monthly on or around the same date and your monthly subscriptions will ship around the 20th of each month.

You may cancel your subscription with no fee or penalty. To cancel, log in and view your My Account > Subscriptions section on our website. Canceling your subscription does not provide you a refund for any paid month(s), nor does it stop a charge due to process on the same date. Your cancellation will go into effect on your next payment billing date. Coupons and additional discounts are not valid on subscriptions.

You can upgrade your bag to a higher tier or switch between the same price level at any time. However, we ask that you complete a minimum of 3 months at the IWIA level bag before requesting a switch to a lower tier or a cancellation.
